Stay away.... Norton AV has been good to me for many years, but this 2006 version is a piece of....^M
Sloooow as molasses in the middle of winter! Product works, but slowed pc down to a crawl after software was installed. If you're not running a Cray supercomputer with gobs of memory, I would recommend looking for another brand of Antivirus software. Very disappointing, as I have always used Norton products in the past....
Overpowering AntiVirus This Antivirus software will first tease you with installation permissions errors that baffel tech support and then go on to convince you that you need a CPU upgrade. The product does function as Antivirus software..... I gave up on using my machine as its was primarilly busy checking for virus issues days after I completed installation and updates. |
