Requires additional software to fully work
This product is easy to use and works as advertised to backup your ipod. So why did I give it only 3 stars? Because a major disclosure is lacking.^M

I can't change the number of stars, but after corresponding with Tastybytes' prompt and nearly courteous tech support, I will shift the blame to Amazon. ^M
Great insurance policy
I have a 30 gig ipod that is full of music. It took countless hours to burn all my Cd's and transfer the files to my player. I have very little room on my PCs hard drive, so after transferring the files I had to delete them from my PC. I recently bought an external hard drive and with this product it was very quick and easy to back up my ipod to my new hard drive. I can now rest easy knowing that I will never need to burn all my Cd's ever again. Great Product!
