Cheap headphone and a memory hog The headphone is made of brittle material and designed for a tiny head. Mine broke the first time I wore it. When I called the company, they offered to sell me another one rather replacing the original one. ^M
I wasted my money buying the software I regret spending $164 on this software, because it created more work for me in the long run. The program gets confused easily and when that happens, you might as well hang it up. It's like having to proof read everything I said, because of all the typos and word creations/substitutions. I learned I could curse like a sailor and it would just make up stuff. I would be finished seeing clients by 7 pm and this software would cause me to remain for an extra two to two and a half hours to finish my progress notes. I have given up on it and gone back to a dictation service. Save your money!
WOW ... A true blessing for my Grandson I purchased this product for my grandson who is handicapped and what a great tool. This has got to be the best speech recognition program in the World. He was able to start using it right out of the box, no training involved. It is amazingly accurate and works with most commonly used desktop applications.^M
