Stay with Acronis 8 or 9.. Honestly, I don't think Acronis 10 upgrade is worth the price if you are using 8 or 9. Image sizes are very huge with maximum compression and Outloook backup simply crashes the Outlook. I emailed Acronis support but I did not get a single call or email from Acronis about this Non working feature, for what I really bought Acronis 10. ^M
